Troubleshooting Peak in OSX?

A good first step to troubleshooting a problem in Peak is to delete your Peak preference files. A corrupted preference file could be the problem. To access the Peak preference files go to the following directory:
MacHD/Users/[your user name]/Library/Preferences.
If you are experiencing any problems the first thing you should do is trash any preference files labeled "Peak Preferences", "Peak Shortcuts", ACA Preferences", and/or "ACA P4 Preferences".
