Presonus had acutally heard of this and told me that "you do see metering in some software and no audio is actually being recorded"

I tested it and found the card was outputing a DC offset.

Presonus has isolated the problem and has a mod for the hardware that they'll do.

They tell me they'll impliment this hardware mod in the next batch of card.
