Installed the BBE SonicMaximizer plugin and it doesn't launch

Installed the BBE SonicMaximizer plugin and it doesn't launch.

In OSX the Sonic Max installer installs BOTH the regular and Carbonized version of the plugin. Removing the non-Carbon version from the MacHD>Library>Audio>Plugins>VST folder solves this problem in OSX
