This has been found when attempting to run ProTools LE 6.9 within Mac OS 10.4. Be sure to update to ProTools LE 6.9.2 or the latest supported version. ProTools LE 6.9.2 is the first version of ProTools to work in Mac OS 10.4 "Tiger."
Check compatibility listings at www.digidesign.com to ensure your operating system and ProTools versions are supported.
