How do I put my Yamaha digital mixer into Flash Update mode to install Add-On Effects.

While powering on the console hold:

DM2000: Transport [Rec] key
02R96: Machine Control [Rec] key
DM1000: Monitor [Clear] key
01V96: Solo [Clear] key
PM5D: Scene Memory [Recall] key

...untill the screen displays "FLASH UPDATE"
