Left Surround output is 6dB too hot in Pro Tools 6.7

This can occur in certain configurations in which the surround mixer gets split between chips on the HD Core and HD Accel cards. While Pro Tools 6.7cs2 fixes a similar issue, this issue can still occur in 6.7cs2 - 6.7cs8. This issue is resolved in Pro Tools 6.9. The workaround for 6.7 users is to use the 6.9 stereo and surround mixers.
