How do I use S/PDIF mirroring in Pro Tools with a Digi002/Digi002R?

Unlike the Digi001, the Digi002 and Digi002R do not provide SPDIF mirroring as an 'automatic' option.

You can output to your mix to two output pairs (e.g. Analog 1-2 and S/PDIF L-R) by holding down the control key (mac) or the start key (win) when creating a track output assignment. You will notice a "+" in the track's output selector after assigning multiple routings. This can be done on Audio and Aux tracks. You can control the separate output levels by creating an additional master fader for the S/PDIF output.
