The sync light on the FireBox is cycling erratically red/blue. What should I do now?

(PC only) Erratic is most likely due to a bad or incomplete installation. Uninstall the PreSonus FireBox drivers using the Add/Remove Programs application in the Control Panel and reboot the system. Now try to install the FireBox drivers again, paying very close attention to all instructions and take note of any error messages if any come up. Also, be sure that during the installation no antivirus or spyware programs are running. If the drivers will not install properly at this point, you should contact PreSonus technical support.
