Firmware Download was unsuccessful.
A:
Be sure that no anti-virus software is running. In some cases following these steps can result in a successful firmware download.
1 - Launch Pro Tools, when prompted to download the firmware, click "later" 2 - Create a 96kHz session. 3 - Go to Setups>Playback Engine and set the HW Buffer size to 1024. 4 - Quit Pro Tools and relaunch, this time when prompted to download the firmware, click "Download".
