DAE error -4 when launching Pro Tools LE 6.X.
A:
After exhausting all other options, including a clean install of OS 10.3.4 and Pro Tools LE 6.4, removing a second internal hard drive resolved the issue. If removing that second drive helps, consider backing all the data up and reformatting that drive to see if that helps.
