Q:
DAE error -9156 or -6032 when I want to start recording. If I keep trying, Pro Tools unexpectedly quits on Mac OS X
 
A:
Try the following:

1. Repair disk permissions.
2. Zap PRAM.
3. Trash DAE prefs, Digisetup and Pro Tools Preferences.
