My Laptop/Notebook has no Firewire port, can I use the Firewire port on a PCMICA cardbus adaptor to run Saffire?
A:
The Saffire has been tested with PCMICA Firewire adaptors and no problems have been experienced. As long as the Laptop/Notebook meets the minimum spec for the Saffire it will operate just as it wold on any other Firewire port.
