Q:
Why does Mbox 2 show a blinking USB light when I connect it to the USB port on my computer?
A:
This may indicate a USB connection that is not providing sufficient power to the Mbox 2. It is recommended that customers experiencing this behavior try any other available USB ports, a different computer, or a powered USB hub to eliminate this problem. The Mbox 2 is probably not broken, but rather not getting enough power over the USB bus. Laptop users should of course make certain that the laptop is plugged in and not running off of a battery.
