Q:
My desktop "themes" keep changing between XP Classic mode and the New XP mode. How do I keep it on Classic mode?

Right click "My Computer" > Manage > Services and Application > double-click Services > double-click Themes, and change Startup type from "Automatic" to "Disabled." Restart your computer.
