Q:
The jog wheel on my ProjectMix I/O operates reversed. For example, when turning it clockwise it scrolls from right to left on my screen.
A:
Make sure that your ProjectMix I/O is running firmware version 10.19.05.A or higher (displayed when powering the device on). You can download the latest firmware version from M-Audio's driver download page.
With the latest firmware installed, you can calibrate the jog wheel by following these simple steps: - Push the "SET UP" button on the ProjectMix I/O - the LCD will display "Jog Wheel Cal" (amongst other options.) - Push the "SEL" button for channel 5 to select "Jog Wheel Cal" - The LCD will display "Please turn the jog wheel slowly clockwise". Follow these instructions. - "Save" will appear in the LCD over channel 1. Push the "SEL" button for channel 1 to confirm. - Push the "SET UP" button again to exit setup mode. The jog wheel will now scroll from left to right when turned clockwise.
