Q:
When I close Digital Performer, the ProjectMix I/O displays the following message "Press ENTER to OK or ESCAPE to Cancel". I can't find these buttons anywhere on the ProjectMix I/O.
A:
The ProjectMix I/O and Digital Performer communicate using the Mackie Control protocol which was originally designed to accomodate the Mackie Control hardware. There are minor differences in the set of available buttons and controls when comparing the Mackie Control- and ProjectMix I/O hardware. The buttons referred to in the message have only minimal practical use and for this reason were not included in the ProjectMix I/O hardware design. Please confirm- or cancel by using the dialog displayed on your computer screen.
