Q:
I've registered my plugins and the authorizations say they were placed on my iLok.com account. Why doesn't my account show any pending iLok authorizations to download?
A:
It's possible to have incorrectly typed your iLok account when doing the original manufacturer registration.
Check your account information (as in the case of Waves plugins) or contact csadmin@digidesign.com (in the case of ProTools Plus plugins) to confirm what account to which the assets were downloaded.
