Q:
I'm using my East West Symphonic Choir with Kompakt and I keep getting messages that I am running out of memory. What can I do?
A:
You probably need to download the DFD (Direct From Disc) extension for your Kompakt player. You can find this at your product's support page. Normally, all samples are loaded into your computer's memory. The DFD extension allows Kompakt to load just the first part of each sample, and then stream the rest off of your hard drive, saving more memory for more instruments.
