Q:
I get a "Disk is full" message on my MicroTrack when using a 2 GB flash card. Why?
A:
Certain cards have been known to do this on older firmware revisions. Check M-Audio's website (m-audio.com) for the latest firmware, and follow the instructions to download and install the latest version. Make sure to have the original 64MB Kodak card (which ships with the MicroTrack) inserted while performing the firmware update.
These cards in particular are affected: • SanDisk Extreme III 4.0GB • ATP 2GB •Kingston 45X 4GB •Q Memory 8GB CF •Kingston Elite Pro 2G CF 50X •Lexar Platinum 2, 512MB CF If this does not solve the problem, please call Tech Support.
