On my TD-10, I'm running a mix into the Mix In, but it's coming out of the master outputs. How do I get only my drums on output?

This is normal. You will need to have your drums play out of Direct 1, 2, or 3 instead of the Master output. Instructions for rerouting can be found on page 91 of your manual.
