I just got a Mackie Digital Snake for the Mackie TT24 and can't get input...

I just got a Mackie Digital Snake for the Mackie TT24 and can't get input from the Snake.

Be sure that TT24 is on version 1.50 or later.

The update can be downloaded from Mackie at: www.mackie.com
The Help key under the screen will show you the version of the mixer.
