Kurzweil samples in Kontakt 3
A:
Kontakt 3 can be used to play samples from Kurzweil. If you have a Kurzweil sample cd that isn't read by a PC or MAC Kontakt 3 can still pull the samples off this disc. Kontakt 3 is capable of pulling samples from the K2000/K2VX, K2500, and
the K2600 (file extensions .krz, .k25, and .k26). Once these have been imported into Kontakt 3 the disc will no longer be required because the sounds have been converted to .wav.
