Q:
How do I remove a license from my PowerCore hardware?
A:
1. Open the PowerCore control panel:
On Windows you will find it under: Start > Settings > Control Panel > PowerCore. On Macs you will find it under: Macintosh HD > Applications > PowerCore. 2. Switch to the Plug-ins tab. 3. Click the REMOVE button for the license you wish to remove. 4. Click OK to proceed. 5. Select where you wish to save the file and click OK. 6. You have now removed the license from the PowerCore hardware. Now you need to upload the license back to your My Account. Go to the My Account frontpage. 7. Click Upload plug-in license. 8. Click BROWSE to locate your license file on your computer. Click OK to upload it. 9. That's it. The license has now been successfully removed from your PowerCore and uploaded to your My Account. Should you wish to load the license back onto another PowerCore unit belonging to you, click Download plug-in license to assign it to another one of your PowerCores.
