My Presonus CSR-1 isn't controlling the Central Station correctly

My Presonus CSR-1 isn't controlling the Central Station correctly.

Be sure to follow the included instructions for setup of the two devices:

1. Power down your Central Station (unplug the power connector from the unit).

2. Connect your CSR-1 connector cable to the CSR-1 and to the Central Station.

3. Press the "Remote" button on the rear of your Central Station.

4. Power up your Central Station.
