I'm only getting one side of my phones on my In-Ear Monitoring system...

I'm only getting one side of my phones on my In-Ear Monitoring system. This even happens with different phones.

Check the Left/Right balance by holding either the Up or Down arrows. If you accidently hold one of those down, phones will be panned hard left or right.
