When I try to register Komplete, I get a message that this is an upgrade...

When I try to register Komplete, I get a message that this is an upgrade and I cannot complete the registration. I bought the full version and not an upgrade, so how can I fix this?

For the bundled version of Komplete5 and Kore2, Kore 2 must be installed and activated first before Komplete 5 can be activated (this is why it is telling you that Komplete 5 is an 'upgrade'-- it is
an upgrade from Kore 2).
