Serato ITCH gives a "Hardware Disconnected" error with the Neumark NS7 USB DJ controller.
A:
Neumark has seen a software conflict with the Serato software and Audio Hijack software by Rogue Amoeba on Macintosh computers.
Uninstall the Instant Hijack option included with Audio Hijack. To do this: -Open Audio Hijack. -Go to the Audio Hijack menu at the top of the screen. -Choose Install Extras. -From the Instant Hijack tab, choose uninstall at the bottom, and enter your administrator password.
