Why wont my Mac see my 828?? 828 is not recognized by the Mac

1.You must have MacOS9.1 NOT MacOSX or "Classic 9"

2.Make sure your 828 Drivers are installed and turned "ON" in your Extension Manager.

3.Make sure you have the Apple Firewire Extensions turned on in your Extensions Manager.

4.If you are on a older Mac , and have a PCI FireWire Card , make sure it has a apporoved chip set on it. (This info is also in the Tech Support Data Base)
