When launching ProTools , I get a " A Digidesign System Init is required to run ProTools" then ProTools quits. When launching ProTools , I get a " A Digidesign System Init is required to run ProTools" then ProTools quits.
A:
1.Go under your Apple Menu.
2.Select "Control Panels" then "Extension Manager"
3.Look under the "Extensions " part of the list.
4.You will see several Digidesign Extensions.
5.Make sure they all have a "X" in their boxes INCLUDING the "Digi System Init"
6.Restart the CPU and you should be set!
