There are 2 ways that this can happen. One is to change the audio tempo to match your sequence tempo. The second way is to change your sequence tempo to match the audio tempo.

FIRST : SET SOUNDBITE TEMPO (this is required for both methods).
This tells DP what tempo your audio (soundbites, tracks) is.
- Select a sounbite, and choose "Set Soundbite Tempo" from the Audio menu.
- If you know the length of the sounbite in bars/beats, enter that value in LENGTH. DP will calculate the tempo of the sounbite.
- OR, if you know the tempo of the sounbite, simply enter that value in the TEMPO field

OPTION #1 : Changing the audio tempo to match a sequence tempo.
- Set your sequence to the desire tempo (Tempo Control must be set to TEMPO SLIDER)
- Select the soundbite (whose tempo you set in the FIRST step above)
- From the Audio menu, choose "Adjust Soundbite to Sequence Tempo"
You should see the sounbite(s) change in length.
* Warning, if soundbite tempo and sequence tempo are drastically different, audio quality may suffter. This is best for making small adjustments to audio tempo.

OPTION #1 : Changing the sequence temp to match audio tempo
- Set your sequence to the desire tempo (Tempo Control must be set to TEMPO SLIDER)
- Select the soundbite (whose tempo you set in Step #1 above)
- From the Audio menu, choose "Adjust Sequence to Sounbite Tempo"
You should see the entire sequence change.
