Is there a way to disable Program change's on my Motif?

Press the [Utility] button
Then press [F5] for MIDI
Then press [SF2] for Switch

Here you will see on option for Pgm Change- there are two possible settings, on or off. This setting applies to BOTH incoming and outgoing program change messages.
