MIDI Pan and/or Volumes get reset on MIDI Devices when Pro Tools start.
A:
When Pro Tools starts, the MIDI Tracks send out their Volume and Pan settings as Controller 7 and 10 events, respectively. If a Controller 7 or 10 is included in the MIDI Track, then it supersedes the Track setting(s).
