When using the Merge feature in Track Transfer Utility, the resultant session file crashes Pro Tools 4.0 with a Type 11 error, or tracks named question-mark ("?") appear in the session.

Track Transfer 2.0 is prone to this. Version 2.0.1 of Track Transfer fixes this problem.
