Q:
When triggering a sample in Sound Replacer, waveform peaks that hit or go beyond 0dB are not triggered by a sample loaded into zone 1 (yellow). This happens even though the threshold is set correctly.
A:
In Sound Replacer, all 3 sample "zones" are always active, even if their thresholds haven't been moved and are still at the top. Thus, if only one sample is loaded into zone 1 its threshold is correctly adjusted, waveform peaks that hit or go beyond full code will be assigned to one of the other sample zones. If nothing is loaded in this zone, no sample will be triggered. This can best be seen through the color coding in the 3 sample zones.
