Pro Tools is unable to communicate or is not responding to ProControl after the Ethernet controllers scan? What's wrong?

Make sure you made a selection in the pull down menu after the scan to identify the ProControl Main unit and fader pack. Another causes could be AppleTalk not being set to Ethernet in the AppleTalk control panel.
