Pro Control Main Pot Replacement Instructions

From the document sent out with the Main Pot Replacement.Please follow these instructions to replace the Main pot on your Analog board. You will need a 5/16th nut driver to complete the operation.1) Use the instructions from the ProControl Spares Kit manual to remove the Analog board. 2) After you have removed the Analog board, loosen the set screw with the .050" hex driver provided. 3) Remove the knob from the shaft. 4) Remove the 5/16th" nut which secures the pot to the PC board. (This nut driver is not provided.)5) Remove the 3 plug in connectors from the headers on the PC board. (These connectors fasten the pot cables to the board.)6) Remove the pot.7) Install the new pot.8) Plug the 3 connectors into the headers on the PC board. 9) Install the 5/16th" nut which secures the pot to the PC board.10) Install the knob onto the shaft and tighten the set screw. Ensure that the white indicator marking is appropriately placed.11) Reinstall the Analog board in accordance with the instructions in the ProControl Spares Manual.Please contact Tech Support if you have any trouble.
