Q:
When the Sample Cell editor is launched, it states that there is a negative amount of memory / RAM available on the SampleCell II Card, and no instruments or samples can be loaded.
 
A:
The lithium battery in the computer is dying. Replacing it will allow the SampleCell Editor and card to function normally again. Zapping the PRAM might work as a temporary fix.
