When trying to authorize D-Verb, I keep getting an error message saying that my floppy is not a valid authorization disk.
A:
-This error was reported when using an LS120 floppy drive. Installing a standard 3.5" floppy drive resolved the problem

-I tried opening a PT 4.2 session in 5.1.1 and everything is fine except that it skipped all instances of Digi EQ and Dynamics plug-ins. -I thought that EQ II and Dynamics II would appear in place of the old plugs, but no go.

Pro Tools XL is digitizing video (no audio tracks present) when suddenly the activity light of the record drive turns off. Pro Tools continues to act like it is recording, but the drive does not do anything. When Pro Tools is stopped, the video track shows digitization only up to the point where the drive activity had stopped.
