When importing a stereo pair of files, into Pro Tools, that were consolidated (and/or possibly exported from Composer 10.1 or Symphony 3.1) "This file cannot be imported into this session because this Unique File Identifier already exists in this session..." or something to that effect.

This is a problem with version 10.1 of Composer and 3.1 of Symphony. This was supposedly fixed in versions 10.5 and 3.5 respectively.Workaround: Export each side (left and right) as a separate export and then import them into Pro Tools one at a time.
