Pro Tools 5.3 for HD may display duplicate plug-in names or select the wrong plug-in when selecting an insert.
 
A:
This will be visible in the plug-in popup menu where certain plug-ins might have duplicate entries. In other words, you might click on a duplicated Bomb Factory plug-in but instead instantiate a DigiRack plug-in.
