Whenever I open a Pro Tools session it starts to copy files. The same thing happens if I try to save. When I delete regions, they remain in the regions list.
A:
This behavior can occur if 3rd-party software has been installed for a FireWire drive. Disable the 3rd-party FireWire extensions, or create a base set + digi + OMS to resolve.
