MTP-AV (MTP AV, MTPAV), Express XT, Micro Express console does not load. User gets GPF the following GPF:

The module that this ‘GPF in module DIBENG.DLL error message refers to is the video display module of Windows. Usually you can correct this problem by using a lower color resolution for your desktop. Try a setting of 256 colors. Make sure that you are using the current driver for your video card.

Another method to address this problem if the above procedure does not work, is to lower the hardware acceleration of your video card. Do so in the Displays Control Panel, Settings Tab, Advance Button, Performance Tab and lower the Acceleration Slider.
