Q:
How many CD / DVD's do I lay flat in the input hopper prior to angling the remaining discs?
A:
We recommend stacking 5 to 7 discs flat before inserting the remaining discs at an angle. The proper procedure for angling the discs is to place them so they lean down into the 2 thin, guide posts and are supported upward by the shorter, thick, guide, post. You may need to experiment to find the best number for your media. Different discs are designed with varying thickness. DVD-R media has a tendency to be thicker than CD-R media and usually requires fewer discs flat in the input hopper.
