Yes! There are 3 zones available in Setup mode, you can set the zones, transposition / octave shifts for each, MIDI transmit channel (or none if you want to play KME61 local voices), and programs (or none if you want to transmit MIDI information only). Go to Setup mode so you display the patch name on the bottom line, use the UP/DOWN arrow keys to the left of the display to step through the setup menus, and you can set your zones and other settings there. It's very flexible. See section 4 of your manual for more information.
