Having trouble installing my MicroKontrol. When plugging into the USB port, the device is incorrectly labeled and the supplied drivers will not load producing a message "Windows cannot find any information about the device in the location specified"

There have been a few instances of this where the device is reporting itself incorrectly.

Replace the MicroKontrol to resolve the problem.
