Why can't I get my Steinbert Groove Agent to output MIDI into a Cakewalk Sonar track?

This is a known issue with the included Cakewalk VST adapter 4.x. There is a different VST to DirectX wrapper called DirectXer (you can do a Google search for the website) which includes MIDI output capability. You can download a trial demo version at their website.
