I have the Brass and Winds Pro Edition and I am wondering what Performance Tools are available for use with them? I keep seeing reference to "Performance Legato" in the demo pages and I am wondering if there is a software tool that helps with this? I know I can use the Alternation Tool, but there must be other tools for the Pro Edition, no?
Are there any license restrictions with regard to using VSL in mp3 ringtones? They wouldn't be exposed samples but just parts mixed in with other synths / lead instruments. The ringtones may be default tones included in the manufacturers hardware.
I think I'm doing this correctly but want to make sure, as it is lengthy process to install a library this big. On the DVD there are two folders – one for "Instruments" and one for "Samples". I'm unstuffing the contents of each folder seperately. I think I'm supposed to put the "Instrument" contents in the Logic Audio folder for EXS, and then the "Samples" can remain wherever I want them as long as I set the path for EXS. Is this correct?
I always get the following error when I want to expand the third Performane Set CD: "An error has occurred while expanding the file "02 Viola ensemble - 10 part2.exe" (Format error). Is this a known error or is my file corrupt? I use StuffIt Standard 8.0.2.
How do I get the Performance Tool to work in Pro Tools?
