Q:
DAE error -9092 during playback or recording with Mbox 2 Pro set to external sync.
A: This can occur if the external clock's sample rate does not match Pro Tools LE 7.1.2 or 7.1.3 session sample rate. In some cases, after correcting the sample rate mismatch DAE error -9092 persists. To solve this: Quit Pro Tools Power cycle the Mbox 2 Pro (unplug the Firewire and Power Adaptor cables, then reconnect them) Launch Pro Tools, making sure to match the external clock sample rate to the Pro Tools LE session sample rate.
