They will send you a 4 CD's.
Step 1. Turn your Oasys ON
Step2. Place Disc one in your Oasys CD Tray and close it.
Step 3. Turn your Oasys OFF
Step 4. Turn your Oasys back on.
Step 5. Choose "Update OS", and "Load Factory Resources"
Step 6. The Oasys will prompt you to insert next disc.

Note: Please Never choose "Format"
