My HearBack system is shutting down.

Is your HearBack hub plugged into a power conditioner? If so, try powering it directly from the wall outlet.
The power supply for the HearBack systems are a universal switching power supply. When plugged into a power conditioner they may not be able to regulate their voltage correctly and shut down.
